BMX Bike Helmets

BMX biking is a fun and extreme way of enjoying the outdoors. The sport was developed in the 60s as a bicycle-oriented play on the motorized dirt bike racing craze. BMX stands for bicycle motocross. BMXers race on sand or dirt tracks at high speeds. The riding is intense, as it is competition-oriented, and the terrain can be rugged and difficult. For this reason, BMX can be rather dangerous; wearing a BMX bike helmet is a necessity. By all means have your BMX fun, but it is not advisable to do so without a BMX bike helmet.
